Gay Hall's doors will lock for the summer at noon on Saturday, June 13. All residents must be out by this time

Some things to remember about checking out

1. Attend your floor meeting about check out procedures

2. Sign up with your RA for a time to check out.

3. The day you check out you must: move out all your belongings, sweep and mop your floor, wipe off your desk and counter tops, clean your mirrors, take stars off of your ceilings, put your beds back together if you dismantled them, and take your garbage out to the dumpster. All this should be done before your RA shows up to check you out. If it is not done, you will be charged a minimum of $15 cleaning fee.

4. Be on time for your check out. Not being ready when you said you would can result in an improper check-out fee. Have your key ready to give back to your RA. Keys may NOT be mailed to ORL at a later date. If you don't have your key at time of check-out, there is a $20 dollar door recore charge.
